03 / How we get there

A clear plan. An open conversation.

You know what we’re building and why. We stay in touch as your website takes shape.

Typically 3–4 weeks

For a website build once materials are ready. Timing depends on the scope, complexity, and approvals.

  1. 01

    Get to know your business

We talk about your goals, your audience, and what is working—or getting in the way—on your current site.

  2. 02

    Agree on the scope

We define the pages, features, content needs, and proposal together before the build begins.

  3. 03

    Design, build, refine

We bring the site to life, review it with you, and make the revisions included in your proposal.

  4. 04

    Launch with a plan

We check the experience, coordinate the launch, and agree on the handoff and any ongoing support.

Built around your project

The right scope. A considered quote.

Tell us where you are and where you want to go. We’ll put together a proposal based on what your website actually needs.

04 / Before we begin

A few things you might be wondering.

Do you only work with businesses in St. Petersburg?

We’re based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and work remotely with businesses across the United States. We can collaborate in English or Spanish.

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We start by understanding what should stay, what needs to change, and any content or integrations the new site needs to support. That review helps us define the scope.

What do you need from us?

Your goals, brand assets, relevant content and photographs, and access to the services involved in your website. After you accept the proposal, we confirm the requirements for your project.

What platform will you use?

We choose the technology around the project. Astro is a common choice for our websites, with Next.js for more complex requirements. We discuss editing needs, integrations, and maintenance before deciding.

Is SEO included?

We consider technical SEO in the website build, including page structure, metadata, and mobile usability. Ongoing SEO, content, and analytics work depend on the scope we agree on. Search rankings are not guaranteed.

How much will my website cost?

We quote each project based on its pages, design requirements, functionality, and support needs. After an initial conversation, you receive a proposal with the scope and cost.

Can you help after launch?

Yes. Technical support, SEO, and improvements can be arranged according to your needs. We define ongoing work separately so you know what is included.
