Privacy policy
This page explains what information our website collects, what we use it for and how to contact us about it.
Who we are
GLOBAL BRIDGE360 LLC operates this website under the Global Bridge360 brand. We provide web design, digital marketing and nearshore support remotely, with our business in the United States and our team in Colombia.
This policy covers information collected through globalbridge360.com, including its English and Spanish pages and project inquiry forms. If we start a project together, the proposal or agreement may include additional information about the data needed for that work.
Information you send us
When you request a quote or tell us about a project, we collect your name, email address, selected services and project description. Depending on the form, you can also provide your company name, website, phone number and preferred timeline. We receive the language of your submission so we can respond appropriately.
We use these details to answer your questions, understand the work, prepare a quote and follow up on your inquiry. Sending a project inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing email list.
Please keep the project description to what we need for an initial conversation. Do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents or private information about your customers.
Website hosting and forms
Netlify hosts our website and processes submissions through Netlify Forms. Information submitted through the form is stored in the provider’s form system and is available to our team so we can handle your request. Our correspondence with you may also contain details from that inquiry.
Hosting and form providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser information and the time of a request when delivering the website, processing a submission or detecting spam.
You can read more in Netlify’s privacy statement and its documentation on form submissions. Questions about information you sent to Global Bridge360 should be directed to us.
Microsoft Clarity analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity on our public website to understand how visitors interact with its pages. Heatmaps and session replays help us see where people click, how they scroll and where navigation or forms may be confusing. We use this information to improve the website.
Clarity processes interaction data, device and browser information, and pseudonymous identifiers. It may use first-party and third-party cookies to connect page views and sessions. A browser identifier can link visits even when a visitor’s name is absent.
Our contact forms are configured to mask their contents in Clarity recordings. We do not send the name, email address, phone number or project description from your inquiry to Clarity as a custom identifier, tag or event.
Microsoft explains its own collection and use of data, including uses connected with analytics and advertising, in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Its Clarity cookie documentation describes the cookies used by the service.
Cookies and browser preferences
The website saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. This lets the site remember the theme on a later visit. Clearing the site’s stored data removes that preference.
You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and clear local storage. These choices may affect remembered preferences and analytics. Blocking cookies does not necessarily stop every technical request made when you visit a website.
This website does not currently offer a separate cookie preference panel. Contact us if you have a question about the data collected during a visit.
Who may handle your information
Our team uses inquiry information to respond to you and prepare work you have requested. Our business and team operate across the United States and Colombia, so handling an inquiry may involve access from either country.
Netlify and Microsoft process information as described above. Their systems may process data in other countries. Information you send directly to us by email is also handled through the email services used for that conversation.
Keeping and managing your information
Inquiry records may be needed while we discuss your project, prepare a quote or manage a resulting client relationship. How long a record remains available also depends on the systems holding it and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
To ask about information you have sent us, request a correction or discuss deletion, email us using the contact details below. Include the email address used for the inquiry and explain what you would like us to review. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information before sharing or changing it.
Links to other websites
Our portfolio and resources include links to client websites and other organizations. When you follow one of those links, that website’s own privacy practices apply. This policy describes the Global Bridge360 website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our website or data practices change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated. You can contact us if you have a question about a change or a previous inquiry.
Contact us about privacy
Send privacy questions or requests to our team. Please describe the information or website activity your question concerns.
