Email marketing.Keep a good conversation going.

Your relationship with a customer can continue after the first visit. We help plan useful messages, timely offers and follow-ups for people who have agreed to hear from your business.

Based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Working with businesses across the US.

A reason to stay in touch

Send something that matters to them.

Email is a way to communicate with an authorized contact base. We begin with what your audience expects from you and the business reason behind each message.

Share useful news

Introduce an important update, new service or relevant idea through a newsletter or announcement with a clear reason to read.

Make an offer timely

Connect promotions and seasonal campaigns to a real offer, a suitable audience and the details someone needs before responding.

Continue the relationship

Plan an appropriate follow-up or review request after an agreed customer moment, with clear responsibilities and an easy next step.

Email with a purpose

Your audience. A message with something to say.

The proposal connects the audience, content, platform and sending plan. We define what can be done with your current setup and what needs additional work before a campaign is ready.

Audience and message planning

We review the contact source, permissions, available data and purpose of the campaign. Relevant segments are defined from the information you actually have.

Content and design

We develop the agreed message, subject line, layout and call to action using your brand materials and accurate business information. Your team confirms offers and approves the content.

Setup and pre-send review

We assess the sending platform and access, then prepare the agreed campaign. Review covers the content, destination links, audience selection and display on relevant devices.

Measurement and follow-up

We review available delivery, interaction and destination data alongside your business feedback. Those observations help guide the next message or improvement.

Platform configuration, domain setup, contact preparation, integrations and new automations are assessed as part of the scope. The proposal identifies who manages replies and unsubscribe requests.

Working together

From a good reason to a considered send.

A clear review process keeps the message connected to your business. We agree on who supplies the information, who approves and what needs to be ready before sending.

  1. Understand the audience

We discuss your goals, existing contacts, how permission was obtained and what those people expect. We review the platform and information available.

  2. Agree on the plan

We define the campaign type, content, segments, timing, approvals and measurement. Platform fees and any setup or integration work are identified separately.

  3. Create, review and send

We prepare the agreed message and check the content, links and audience. Your designated reviewer approves the final offer and message before the scheduled send.

  4. Review the response

We look at the available engagement and website actions, along with replies or sales context from your team. We use that evidence to plan the next useful communication.

Choose the right format

Some messages have a date. Others follow a moment.

A scheduled campaign and an automation solve different communication needs. We discuss the audience, event and available tools before deciding which approach fits.

Planned campaigns

A message prepared for an agreed audience and sending time.

  • Newsletters and important announcements
  • Offers and seasonal communications
  • Content and audience approved before sending

Agreed automations

A defined follow-up triggered by a supported event or workflow.

  • Review requests as a possible use case
  • Trigger, timing and contact eligibility agreed
  • Setup, exclusions and testing included in the scope

An automation needs a reliable trigger and suitable contact data. We evaluate platform and integration requirements before committing to a workflow, rather than assume every connection is already available.

Investment

A plan shaped around the work.

Share your audience, current platform and the messages you want to send. We will define the content and operational work, then quote a scope that makes those responsibilities clear.

Before we begin

A few things worth asking.

What kinds of emails can you help with?

Newsletters, important announcements, offers, seasonal campaigns and agreed follow-ups. Review-request automation is one possible use case. We choose the content and format around your business need and the tools available.

Do we need an existing contact list?

We need to understand who you want to contact and what permission you have to email them. We work with an authorized audience, not a purchased cold list. If you are starting from zero, we can discuss the website and signup needs as a separate scope.

Can you work with our current email platform?

We first review the platform, permissions and capabilities required for your plan. We define what we can manage within that setup and identify any configuration, integration or migration needs before agreeing on the work.

Can different contacts receive different messages?

We can define segments when the available data supports a useful distinction. We agree on the criteria and confirm the audience before sending; the plan does not assume customer information you do not have.

Who approves the email before it is sent?

We agree on a reviewer from your team and a clear approval step. You verify business details, offers and dates. We review the message, links and intended audience before the approved send.

How do you measure whether an email helped?

We use the data available from the platform and agreed website tracking, such as delivery issues, clicks and relevant actions. Replies, inquiries and sales need your team’s context. An open or click alone does not prove a purchase.

Can you guarantee inbox placement or sales?

No. Delivery and response depend on factors including the contact list, sender setup, platform, message and recipient behavior. We can review the setup and campaign within the agreed scope, but do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates or sales.

Are automations included in every campaign?

No. A campaign and an automation have different setup needs. We agree on the trigger, audience, timing, exclusions and integration work for any automation, and include that work explicitly in the proposal.

What would you like to share next?

Tell us about your audience, the platform you use and the conversation you want to continue. We will talk through a useful first step.
