From first conversation to starting work

Know what happens next.

An initial conversation gives us the context. A proposal turns that context into a shared plan.

  1. Explain what needs to change

Tell us what your business does, what is not working and what a useful next step would look like. Existing website or social links help us understand your starting point.

  2. Agree the work and responsibilities

We discuss the service, scope, timing and quote. The proposal identifies what the team will do and what information or decisions we need from you.

  3. Prepare the materials and access

Once the proposal is accepted, we confirm the content, brand assets and account access needed for the agreed work. We also identify who will review it and give approval.

You can start with a question. Account access comes later, after we know what the project requires.

What brings you here?

Before we connect

A few practical answers.

Is the team based in St. Petersburg?

St. Petersburg is our business base, with GLOBAL BRIDGE360 LLC established in Florida. Our creative and operational team works from Colombia. We coordinate client conversations and project work remotely.

How do we arrange a meeting?

Send a project inquiry and share your preferred language, time zone and availability. We will agree an online meeting and the people who should join. If you need a different format, discuss it with us first.

Can we speak Spanish if our customers speak English?

Yes. We can discuss the project in Spanish and agree English content for your customers. We confirm the audience, language and review responsibilities as part of the scope. For operational support, any language requirements are defined for the role.

What should we share before the first conversation?

Start with your business name, existing website or social links, the support you are considering and what you want to change. You do not need to send passwords or account access with the initial inquiry.

Let’s make the first connection.

Tell us a little about your business and the question you are working through.
